Promote Your School

|

You focus on the teaching. We do the Promoting.

Let's face it. Handling a school full of kids, teachers and concerned parents is more than enough on your plate. But to include meaningful and sophisticated marketing to propel your school and meet and exceed enrollment goals? That's in our wheelhouse. In the same way that we can't claim to suddenly be able to step in and run an educational institution, we hope you see the challenge of grabbing any of your staff who has a sliver of free time and getting them to plan and execute KPI-measured omnichannel marketing campaigns for your school.

Expat Family Targeted Traffic

Trackable and Targeted Outreach

The following are demographic segments we've derived through government data, our Facebook data, our survey data and from our growing email database.

Note: The segmented data has excluded parents of specific nationalities who are less likely to enroll kids into an English-based international school in Korea, such as Chinese, Japanese, Filipino, Vietnamese, Nepalese, etc. We've worked to derive clearer data segments on expat families in Korea where at least one parent speaks English as a first or second language and comes from North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East or South Asia. The omnichannel marketing campaigns we can run for you would be targeting your choice of these segments.

Recent projects

We have recently developed comprehensive lead-nurturing chatbots for international schools in Korea. Specifically, for the International Christian School of Uijeongbu, we implemented the following:

1. Web Content Integration: We integrated all of the school's web content into our chatbot.

2. Sales Scripts: We created sales scripts within the chatbot to achieve two primary objectives:

  - Provide essential information to prospective parents.

  - Nurture leads to encourage them to take desired actions, such as leaving an email or scheduling a Zoom meeting.

3. Expansion: We are currently expanding the capabilities of the chatbot to offer additional valuable information, including:

  - Local real estate information in the vicinity of the school.

  - Recommendations for nearby family-friendly restaurants, kids cafes, etc.

  - Details about upcoming events.

4. 24/7 Availability: The chatbot operates around the clock, ensuring that parents from various time zones can access the information they need before coming to Korea.

5. Staff Efficiency: By handling routine inquiries and information dissemination, the chatbot allows your human staff to focus on more pressing matters.

6. Monitoring and Intervention: Human staff have the ability to monitor all interactions and can intervene when a prospective parent displays strong interest, such as booking a tour or scheduling a call.

Feel free to explore ICSU's chatbot and let us know if you would like a free demo of a chatbot designed specifically for your school and area! We would be happy to provide a beta chatbot with limited functionality for your school to test and customize before buying!

ICSU Chatbot

Sales and Customer Service Automation

Aug 6, 2023

We're currently developing an extensive chatbot tailored for Atherton International School (AIS) in Geoje, given the rising diversity in the region due to the shipyard workforce. This innovative chatbot will offer content not only in English, the language of the school's curriculum but will also include supplementary materials in multiple languages, such as Portuguese, Italian, and Russian.

The primary goals of this chatbot are:

1. Language Inclusivity: To help international parents feel more at ease by providing information about AIS in their native language. This extends to aiding their integration into the local community by offering restaurant menus, helpful guides, and tips in their preferred language.

2. Community Engagement: To position AIS as a valuable resource for families in Geoje or those planning to relocate. The chatbot will serve as a lifeline, offering insights into the school and local area, creating a sense of belonging, and fostering trust.

3. Lead Nurturing: The chatbot will collect essential information about prospective parents, their specific needs, and their planned relocation dates. It will then strategically encourage actions, such as scheduling a Zoom meeting or a similar interaction with a human agent.

4. 24/7 Accessibility: Operating round-the-clock, the chatbot ensures that all prospective parents have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with AIS, develop brand affinity, and build trust before making the significant commitment of enrolling their child.

Take a look at what we are doing for the expat community of Geoje and Atherton International School. Just imagine what we can do to build out community resources around your school for local families and position your brand to be the center of it all! As mentioned earlier, we're happy to develop a free prototype for you school so you can visualize how it could work for you!

Sales and Customer Service Automation

Sept 30, 2023

A La Carte or full option

Not every international school needs the same thing. Maybe you have your KPIs set and a well-oiled CRM that's working your expat parent leads down a sales funnel.

Maybe you have a multitouch outreach campaign with email automation and segmented email lists so you can separate emails going out to existing school parents, prospective parents considering your school or your stale list of parents who inquired a year ago but want to keep them in the loop about your school.

Maybe you need all of this and more, like e-books you can send to prospective families about moving to your city. Or retargeting campaigns using Facebook ads to reach prospective parents once a week but with a different ad being rotated so they don't get ad fatigue of seeing the same ad over and over.

We consult and setup custom-fit marketing solutions for international schools in Korea looking to take the next step in their growth. Either we do it all or we handle part of your marketing mix. It's up to you.

Just a Few of Our Solutions for International Schools in Korea

Content Calendar Creation

We work with you on what content needs to be showcased and when. Then we design, get your approval and schedule.

Instagram Growth

In addition to targeted Facebook exposure, we can also organically grow your Instagram followers using our expat hashtag and carousel retargeting strategies.

Reputation Management

We will monitor your brand interactions in our campaigns and the rest of the internet. We'll update you promptly on what needs your attention.

Dashboard Tracking

After the first month, things become more automated where you can just check a visual dashboard to see how things are going. Letting you focus on your school!

Branded Assets

Let us develop your branded asset or you can promote your brand in ours!

Your Brand, Our Content

As we have a long history with diverse experience in publishing expat-oriented content, we can work with you to plan, create and promote your own branded assets, such as PDF guides you can send to prospective parents either moving to your city or we can get even more specific, such as moving to the area within reach of your bus routes.

Localized Parent Support

Your interest in the well-being of the expat families considering or currently attending your school shouldn't stop when the school day ends. Help attract prospective families (and retain current families for longer) by orienting themselves with the surrounding area more through localized parenting resources with branded newsletter marketing.

Promote in Our Content

As we have a lot of expat families in our network throughout Korea, they regularly request for more content suited to their interest. So we are launching family-oriented newsletters for them where you can showcase your school through different ways, such as us creating advertorials for you.

We Also Do Branded Logo Stings!

Aside from putting your brand in front of thousands of expat parents in Korea with school-aged children, we think it's important to do proper and professional branding work for your school to indirectly express its integrity. "Logo stings" are short video clips that are typically used at the beginning or end of PR videos to showcase a brand or organization's logo in a dynamic and memorable way. A well-designed logo sting can help communicate a sense of professionalism and attention to detail, which can be vital for international schools that are seeking to establish themselves as top-quality educational institutions in contrast with other schools the parents may be assessing.  This can be also particularly effective for international schools in Korea that want to convey a sense of vibrancy and diversity. Contact us today to learn how your school can track and drive enrollment metrics from this kind of branding work!
